Level One:

Start simple without weights and listen to your heart rate, back off as needed and walk in place whenever you need to. This can be your fallback when the moves seem too challenging or you are out of breath. If 30 minutes feels like too much shoot for 15 minutes to start and build from their. Do your best and I promise you will get stronger and better each week!

Level Two:

You are in between a level 1 and 3 and your workouts can range up and down as needed. Above all listen to your body and always keep perfect form before adding speed.

Level Three:

You are pushing hard leaning into your workout with perfect form and going all out! Your goal is to get out of your comfort zone as much as possible during your workout! This is where the magic happens!! This become very mental and where the Myzone can really take you to the next level following your heart rate along with your workout.
