1:1 Total Wellness Training Package
For the person who wants a complete experience and ready to make serious changes to their wellness journey. This package incorporates all the elements to help you adopt better habits and routines. We focus on your mindset, nutrition & movement.
Your package starts with a 60 minutes session. And will continue with 6 more 30-minute sessions. Each week you will meet with Mary and discuss your goals. She will guide you through a meal plan & using an accountability journal to help you stay on track. Starting from the ground up by assessing your current nutrition baseline & lifestyle habits to setting goals that are achievable & realistic.

1:1 Accountability Coaching Sessions
For the person who has a health knowledge base on nutrition and fitness but wants a coach to keep them accountable and consistent. You will receive one-on-one guidance for 4-weeks with Mary and get a refreshed sense of motivation. Think of it as getting your mindset in THE ZONE!
The first meeting will be for a full hour - we conduct a self discovery session. You will come out of this session with a personalized plan created specifically for YOU! Not all two bodies are the same and during this session we will dive in and discover what you need to be successful with your goals.

For the person who wants to focus on improving their movement, building lean muscle and increasing their cardio abilities. It is no secret that in order to lead a healthy lifestyle and tone up your body, you need to incorpoate a variety of movement. If you are lacking motivation to find the time and energy - I can help!
The first step will be identifying your starting point and setting realistic personal goals. From there we will create a plan that will focuses on your form and provides you a safe and strong workout.
